cant u see that the quality and the budget problem is interlinked? No doubt low budget may produce good films but that is not most of the case! No matter how marvellous is one script, it STILL need the cost to execute its production isnt it?

i dont think so
refer to mdwav1,the budget is much.
but the drama is sucessful
