16 can go NS already, early application
17 must go CMPB checkup
18 is NS eligible, means that if u not in any institution of study when u are 18, you go NS
19 is for JC guys
20 is for poly guys
22-23 is for those poly/JC guys who extend their NS liability to go to U first.

no, i went as a school student leader, although was also a cca leader
chenxiang1: no prob man. i probably should be aiming for university first then go in, then can be Inspector..whahaha!
